We put our patients at the heart of everything we do. We understand that sometimes, it may not be possible for you to attend an appointment. If this is the case, please be kind enough to give us 24 hours’ notice so we can offer that appointment to another patient.

Missed appointments happen but they do have an impact on our patients. Therefore, we have had to implement practice policies in respect of missed appointments. This means that we reserve the right to de-register (remove) patients should more than two consecutive appointments be missed without sufficient notice being given. In addition, for some appointments and treatments, we may request a deposit payment.
