Our cancellation policy

We put our patients at the heart of everything we do.

We understand that sometimes it may not be possible for you to attend an appointment. If this is the case, please be kind enough to give us 24 hours’ notice so we can offer that appointment to another patient.

Missed appointments happen but they do have an impact on the service we’re able to provide. Please note as per our practice policy, we reserve the right to de-register (remove) patients from our system if two appointments have been missed without sufficient (or no) notice given (these are classified as a ‘failed to attend’).

Unfortunately, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a late cancellation fee. At the time of booking, a deposit will be taken for your appointment, which is fully refundable as long as more than 24 hours notice is given.
